Come join us for a day of health and wellness at the Sleep Inn and Suites. We are passionate about supporting you to live a healthy lifestyle. We want to provide you with a space that is open to various aspects of health and wellness. There will be speakers, vendors, giveaways, and even 15 minutes of Yoga! Lunch and two snacks will be provided. This is an all day event. You of course don't need to stay all day if you have other obligations but we would love for you too!
We believe in giving back to the community as local business owners. This year, a portion of the proceeds of the Healthy Living Festival will be benefiting the Domestic Violence Crisis Center. They will be able to create a Holistic space for clients and staff to use after the event. This space will allow clients and staff a safe outlet for emotional release and relaxation.
