Join us to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.
Followed by Chef Christo teaching how to make a delectable healthy treat for the upcoming Fourth of July Holiday. Follow along as we use healthy ingredients to make a dish that will wow all your guests for years to come.
The program will conclude with a live special question and answer session.
