These words are becoming more and more commonplace, but what do they mean for you? Your nervous system and hormones play a critical role in your physical, mental, and emotional health. But the normalization of “fight or flight” mode is having a clear and catastrophic effect on women’s hormonal balance.

This workshop is for you if:

  • you no longer want to feel stressed out, depleted and overwhelmed
  • you want to feel more alive, vital and confident, but are struggling to find the courage or tools to break patterns that are keeping you stuck.
  • you no longer want to put your needs at the bottom of the to-do list or be a people-pleaser
  • you have anxiety, anger, depression, chronic fatigue, thyroid issues, digestive issues, weight challenges, autoimmune disorders, pain or infertility
  • have pms or other hormonal challenges, you’re peri-menopausal or menopausal

In this workshop you'll learn the signposts of chronically high stress hormones. You'll understand how this state of chronic stress depletes nourishing female sex hormones, and what that means for your health and happiness. You'll learn why the vast majority of female medical problems are rooted in this lack of physical and emotional nourishment. You’ll walk away with the ability to recognize your patterns that contribute to your own personal brand of imbalance. You'll also learn how to become empowered with the simple and essential habits for healing.

Courtney LaCava, MA, CAS, is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Certified Health Coach, and mama to two little boys. She is also an Ayurvedic Doctor Level Member of The National Ayurvedic Medical Association and holds a BA from Colgate University and a master's degree from UC San Diego.

Courtney discovered Ayurveda through her own health crisis with chronic fatigue in 2005, which led her to Ayurveda. It revolutionized her life and she now dedicates her work to empowering women to heal. Courtney leads dynamic health coaching groups based on the wisdom of Ayurveda - an ancient wellness tradition more relevant than ever in teaching us how to thrive (not just survive) in our overwhelming modern world.
