She calls herself a self professed foodie, who enjoys art, gardening, and cooking! She has a passion for teaching, and can often be found teaching kids classes and trying out new healthy recipes. In 2008 she started cookwithmisslane.com   a Healthy Kids Cooking program in Albuquerque, NM . The program centers around teaching kids the importance of Healthy eating using fresh local, and organic ingredients.

Her approach is one that allows her clients to find what food and lifestyle changes work best for them and experiment with healthy alternatives to their current diet and lifestyle. She often works with busy, stressed out women who are struggling with finding healthy ways to feed themselves and their families. She can be contacted at newlifenewbody.com
