Healthy Flint Research Coordinating Center - Community/Academic Engagement...
The Healthy Flint Research Coordinating Center will host a workshop examining Community/Academic Engagement. Participants will learn about myths and realities of conducting community based participatory research in Flint and beyond. The workshop will cover models of community based participatory research highlighting studies in Flint, including authentic community/academic partnerships which build upon the strengths and assets of the community.
WHO: Community members and faculty are encouraged to attend the workshop.
WHERE: The event will be held in room 3202 in the William S. White Building on the University of Michigan-Flint campus on Thursday, December 8th from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Parking is available in the lots adjacent to South Saginaw Street. These lots are a short walk to the William S. White Building.
