This four week series will provide you with basic nutrition principles, usable tips and easy-to-understand information to help you make the best food choices for your lifestyle. These interactiveclasses will provide time for discussionand questions.
Class Topics will include: Nutrition basics • Nutrition myths, facts and hot topics • Menu Planning • Practical tips - recipes, label reading and more • and the final class will be a grocery store tour!
