Interested in learning to cook healthier meals without feeling deprived? Join us for this six-week series where we will cook an array of dishes from flavorful beverages, starters, main courses, sides and decadent yet healthy desserts using delicious alternatives to gluten, dairy and refined sugar. You will learn basic cooking techniques (saute, braise, roast, bake, steam) and how to boost and layer flavors with a variety of herbs and spices. Gluten-free, dairy-free, low glycemic, and Paleo-friendly including raw food recipes, vegetarian and vegan dishes based on the philosophy of organic farm to table, nutrient dense, and delicious, healthy eating for everyone! Most classes will also include a wine or beer pairing. A copy of Chef Lauren's cookbook, No Wheat, No Dairy, No Problem! is included with registration.
