November 3: Cooking the Harvest:Prepare in-season soups, salads, and healthy dessert: we’ll be making a butternut squash soup, massaged kale salad topped with a harvest buckwheat salad, and cinnamon apple parfaits for dessert.

December 1: Healthy Holiday Ideas: Beat the sugar and processed foods, and bring healthy, vibrant dishes to the holiday party! We’ll be making cashew “cream” balsamic stuffed dates, baked sweet potato latkes, and a quinoa confetti salad with pomegranates.

January 5: Reboot with Winter Veggies-it’s time to leave behind overindulgence and get back on track with in-season veggies. We’ll be making a healthy potato leek soup, arugula salad with citrus, roasted beets and lentils, and chocolate dipped oranges.

If you need to cancel, I ask for a 3 day's prior notice for a refund to be issued. This policy is in place because I need to purchase perishable items and count on the number of attendees.
