Join us as we travel across the DMV promoting the "Healthy Body 100lb Challenge". Our goal is to get men and women moving up and out, participating in varies activities throughout the year. Each month we will meet to conduct activities, train and follow up with individual progress. A schedule will be provided during registration.
Also, during registration an initial weigh in and measurement will be conducted and will continue every 3-4 months thereafter.
Our goal is for every individual or group (collectively) that register to achieve a 100lb weight loss.
