Healthways BOOM is a three-tiered class of 30-minute low intensity modules geared toward older adults, but all ages will benefit. Join us for your choice of a 30…60…or 90 minute workout.
• 5:30-6:00 pm “BOOM Move-It” focuses on functional & strength conditioning
• 6:00-6:30 pm “BOOM Muscle” focuses on cardio with a dance workout to the classics
• 6:30-7:00 pm “BOOM Mind” fuses the best of Pilates & yoga for an athletic stretch
Each module has a “warm-up” and “cool-down” phase making each module a stand-alone class or combine them for a well-rounded workout.
