Event description

Description

Join us for a networking event, aimed at bringing together researchers, investors, founders and health practitioners involved in the development of technological innovations for human health. We want to explore how we can work together to help Wellcome deliver its mission to improve health for everyone by supporting great ideas.

Objective

Wellcome is interested in supporting researchers from outside of the life sciences who are developing technologies with the potential to deliver a significant and measurable impact on human health. We are keen to support the development of technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision and natural language processing and their application to solve specific problems in health.

This will be an informal event bringing together those at the frontier of developing technological innovations and providing an opportunity to share ideas on how Wellcome can play a part in this ecosystem in order to bring a step change in human health.

Aimed at:

  • Engineers, scientists and entrepreneurs involved in technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Speech Recognition and other interesting technologies and working towards solving a health challenge.
