We are back!! Welcome to the fall session presented by Healthest-you!! Are you stuck in your mind about stress? Not sure how to move forward? What foods are good to eat? How to get healthy? Questions about detox? De-stressing? Meditation?
Then join us for a full day where we will help you with all of the above and more. We will touch on alot of different subjects to help you move forward to better balanced life, mind, body and soul. We will feed you for the day with raw vegan tasty food (gluten free) we will juice and talk about the importance of wheatgrass, detoxing and so much more!!
Life is busy and we all put ourselves on the back burner until we get hit with an ailment. You will be sent home with a beautiful workbook full of information and all the notes you took during the day so you can refer back to your notes and you wont forget what we covered.
