WHY PRACTICE SKY?

Start everyday with a calm mind, more energy and a smile on your face.

What is SKY Breathing Meditation?

SKY is a unique, natural and effortless technique to establish inner peace. Millions of people all over the world practice SKY and your success is as easy as breathing. SKY practice nurtures joy, health & clarity of mind.

SKY Breathing Meditation does much more than mental meditation alone in the way it quiets the mind and dissolves stress. This unique practice is a powerful agent of transformation.

How is SKY practice different from other meditations?

1. No need to watch or control thoughts. You don't have to do anything with the mind, just breathe.

2. 100% Automatic & Consistently Effective The unique pattern of breath in SKY practice quiets the mind automatically every time, regardless of whatever thoughts or emotions are happening.

3. Global nonprofit organization SKY is taught by certified instructors and most are volunteers wanting only to share the benefits with others. In the U.S. 10,000 people learn SKY annually and 1,000,000 per year in India.

4. Sourced from ancient mind-body science SKY is part of the ancient Vedic science for personal development and was brought out by humanitarian Sri Sri Ravi Shankar almost 40 years ago.

5. Benefits shown in 70+ independent scientific studies Studies published in peer reviewed journals have shown a comprehensive range of significant benefits including reduced stress and anxiety & better sleep.

6. Results are guaranteed Participants always notice improvements within the first week of practice and we guarantee it.

7. In a class by itself SKY practice is completely different from the breathing practices taught in yoga studios. Most breathing practices help you relax but SKY practice settles the mind directly to the deepest, silent state of pure awareness.
