What is SKY Breathing Meditation?

Practicing SKY is as easy as breathing. SKY practice brings immediate, positive shifts in your energy, clarity and state of mind. SKY breathing dissolves negative emotions and settles the mind into a deeply calm state by using the breath’s built-in ability to quiet the mind naturally without thinking about it. You don’t have to focus or watch thoughts. It’s spontaneous.

Jim has taught meditation programs internationally for over 40 years, including specialized courses for military veterans (www.PWHT.org), prison inmates (prisonSMART.org), trauma survivors, physicians (AdvancedPhysicianWellness.org), patient-centered wellness programs and advanced meditation wellness retreats.
