Enjoy a meal as you learn how to take charge in the kitchen. Topics include cleaning out your pantry, seasoning and sauteing techniques, budget meals, family meal planning, baking, and natural drinks - ALL with a vegetarian, vegan or raw emphasis.
Each class requires different tools. All food is provided for $3/person per class, or you may bring your own food. You will be emailed a list of food/supplies needed for each class after registering.
