HealthFORCE: What you need to know

  • All high schools in the Greater Cincinnati region and surrounding areas are invited to attend! As an exhibitor you will have the opportunity to showcase your organization to 500 or more students at EACH event! This event is designed to expose high school students to careers in healthcare and we are looking for healthcare and college exhibitors to showcase various careers in our medical community.

  • We will be holding 2 HealthFORCE events this year. The dates are Wednesday, Oct 24 at Cintas Center (Southern Cincinnati) and Tuesday, Nov 13 at Holiday Inn -Cincinnati North (Northern Cincinnati).

  • If you sign up to exhibit at both events on or before Monday, September 30th - the invoice you receive will include Dual Event Early-Registration Pricing.

  • Completion of this registration form means you are signed up to attend the second event (Northern Cincinnati) on November 13. If you wish to attend the October 24 event as well, click here to register.

  • After submitting this form, someone from The Health Collaborative will contact you within 7 days to let you know your registration is accepted and confirm that you will be invoiced (AND at what amount, depending if you signed up for 1 or both events). At that time, you can let us know if you have made any changes or decided to add or remove an event. You can also contact us immediately if you have any questions or concerns.

Set-Up & Tear Down

  • Parking is FREE. (You may use loading area for both set-up & tear-down.)

  • You may begin set-up anytime 7:45 am or after and must be set-up by 8:45 am.

  • Tear Down may begin at 1:30 pm.


  • Session 1 (1st wave of students) - 8:45 am - 10:45 am

  • LUNCH/BREAK (exhibitors only) - 10:45 am - 11:30 am

  • Session 2 (2nd wave of students) - 11:30 am - 1:30 pm


  • There are 2 lunches/brunches per table, included in the cost of each booth.

Booth Cost (If you sign up for one event ONLY)

  • 1 Booth - $350

  • 2 Booths - $700

  • 3 Booths - $1,000

  • 4 Booths - $1,200

Booth Cost (If you sign up to attend BOTH events)

  • 1 Booth - $500 (savings of $200)

  • 2 Booths - $1000 (savings of $400)

  • 3 Booths - $1,500 (savings of $500)

  • 4 Booths - $1,850 (savings of $550)

Both your confirmation e-mail and invoice will reflect the amount based on the number of booths you signed up for and if you are attending both events. After September 30, Dual Event Early-Registration Pricing may change to original booth cost per event. YOU DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT WITH REGISTRATION. We will start to send out invoices mid-September and do additional rounds of invoices, as needed.

Additional Booth Info

  • Each booth will automatically receive 2 chairs and free wi-fi.

  • Each booth can also receive free electrical (power outlets for devices) by request.

  • It is suggested you bring your own table coverings

  • You can decide what focus area your booth(s) will have at a later time.

  • Please note, when choosing a profession to exhibit, your booth should:

    • Simulate the Work Environment of the chosen profession (be creative - you may want to use such props as a mannequin, occupation-specific equipment, tools, etc.)

    • Provide a "Hands-on" Activity to engage students (i.e. lab slides under a microscope, take blood pressure, use an oximeter, etc.) OR Provide Information regarding your programs.
