Join us at the "Healthcare PR: Making Headlines & Changing Lives" panel to learn how area PR experts are building brands, managing crises, and delivering impactful, influential messages to health systems, physicians, patients and our community.
A Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Hoosier chapter -- Northeast Indiana event, the healthcare PR panel discussion will feature:
JESSICA FOOR is the public relations manager at Parkview Health, leading the daily operations of their public and media relations programs. She serves as a Parkview spokesperson and primary media liaison in support of the health system’s service lines, facilities, programs and physicians. Foor was recognized as one of Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly’s “40 Under 40” young professionals in 2015.
DAVE TEMPLE is the director of digital content and corporate communications at Nextremity Solutions, Inc., a musculoskeletal product development company. He previously worked with DePuy Orthopaedics as a branding expert marketing to surgeons and patients. He has more than two decades of marketing, advertising and branding experience, and has traveled internationally to speak on the use of social media in business. Follow Dave on Instagram at @kewiki.
MEGAN TINKEL is the former communications director at the Allen County Health Department where she managed communications efforts for 10 Department divisions. Megan began her career as a multimedia journalist for WTWO-TV and WANE-TV. During her career as a reporter, she interviewed several prominent figures including American activist Elizabeth Smart, columnist Meghan McCain, Coach Bob Knight and politician Mitt Romney. Megan recently joined Levitate as a Senior PR Strategist.
Attendance is limited to 40—RSVP today. Doors open at 4 with drinks and light appetizers. The panel discussion will begin promptly at 4:30 and conclude by 5:30. Attendees are welcome to stay after the event for networking.
