Liz Glorioso is a strength and toning expert who trains professional women to tone up their body and feel powerful, strong and sexy in their professional and personal lives. With a Bachelors in Exercise Science, Nutrition and Business Management Liz has been coaching for 16 years, being the most highly requested trainer at her gym. She was a collegiate athlete competing in track and field, she has competed in Olympic Weightlifting, Ball Room Dance, and currently competes in CrossFit. Liz Specializes in teaching the Kettlebell movements to tone up your body, and helps women own their sexiness.
