In this training, you will learn how to build an IPR strategy for your health startup.

You will learn the following about IPRs:

• why, what and how?
• scope of IPRs: tradenames, trademarks, patents, copyrights
• service innovations e.g. production and distribution of data
• structure of an IPR strategy
• means and measures for protection
• who is responsible for strategy?
  
  

Speaker: Doctor of Laws, Professor Rainer Oesch teaches commercial law at University of Helsinki. He has written many IPR related books and over 100 articles in law publications.
