Preparation Sessions for applying to Health & Social Care Courses for September 2017.
This session is for anyone who will be applying for a Health and Social Care Course for September 2017 start date and will focus on Interview Preparation.
The session will be led by the Head of Recruitment along with the Lead for Undergraduate Recruitment and Admissions Tutors from the Health and Wellbeing Faculty.
By attending a session you will find out further information about the application cycle, understand in more depth about what to expect during the selection process.
The sessions also aim to dispel any myths and misconceptions you may have when applying to Health and Social Care courses.
Health and Social Care courses include:
- Nursing (Child/Adult/Mental Health)
- Social Work & Learning Disability Nursing
- Social Work
- Working with Children, Young People & Families
- Occupational Therapy
- Operating Department Practice
- Paramedic Practice
- Radiotherapy & Oncology
- Diagnostic Radiography
You will not be required to bring anything in particular, however you may wish to bring along a notepad and pen to take notes as the presentation will not be available after the session.
You will receive an email prior to the event with further details and a map.
Please arrive at the Heart of the Campus Building Main Reception to check in.
You also only need to attend one session, as the programme and content will be the same.
If you have attended previous sessions between October 2016 to March 2017, the session will be the same, but you are welcome to come along again if you have any further questions.
