We’re pleased to announce that Kansas City will be the location of the 5thAnnual Health Literacy Missouri Summit and Tribute Awards dinner and 2nd Kansas Health Literacy Summit on Oct. 23 and 24, 2014. Held at the historic Hilton President Kansas City, the combined events will gather hundreds of health care professionals as they take part in skill building workshops, sit in on panel sessions and celebrate the achievements of some of the state’s and nation’s top health literacy scholars and practitioners.

Thursday, October 23:
1:00-5:00 PM-- Health literacy skill-building workshops
6:00-9:00 PM-- Health Literacy Tribute Award dinner

Friday, October 24:
8:00 AM- 3:30 PM-- Health Literacy Missouri 5th Annual Summit and 2nd Kansas Health Literacy Summit
