Nutritionist Michelle Gillespie leads this science-based, healthy eating workshops series offering useful insights into how to get the most out of our food and how small changes can make a difference.
We'll talk about fats, sugars, carbs, proteins, GMOs, gut health and address all participants' questions.
Some food will be served and given away. Our first giveaway will be a full-sized jar of coconut oil at the October 7 workshop. Ymm.
