Got Fitness Goals? Need motivation to keep your New Year Resolution? Come learn more about your health and fitness!

60% of Individuals Who Start a New Year Exercise Program Will Stop After 5 Weeks

University of Maryland, PhD candidate, Darius Singpurwalla is studying motivations behind exercise habits and wants to share his findings with you to help get you past the 5-week workout wall. On February 1st at the Kaiser Permanente Center for Total Health, through surveys, activities and tours you’ll learn why fitness goals are the toughest to keep and what you can do to stay motivated towards your New Year fitness resolutions. Join Darius for an evening of food, fun and fitness where you will get personalized training tips to help meet your wellness goals - no matter where you are on your fitness journey!

The event includes:

  • Free Tour of the Center for Total Health
  • Insight on the Psychology of Fitness
  • Personalized Training Tips
  • Help Setting Your Fitness Goals
  • Tips for Overcoming Training Obstacles
  • Free Healthy Dinner

We will also have representatives from local gyms & fitness centers in attendance with tons of free giveaways!

To help Darius further his research we're asking all participants to take a quick 15 minute survey about their exercise habits. To take the survey ahead of time click the link - https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/VZQLFZ2

After 5 weeks, we will ask you to take the survey again to see how you are progressing towards your New Year fitness goals!
