A Walking Vibe Presents: Annual Health/Wellness Fitness Celebration
About this event
Huge announcement! A Walking Vibe is gearing up for its annual health and wellness celebration on August 6 at Heist Brewery. The event will take place from 11 am to 1 pm at 1030 Woodward Ave in Charlotte, NC.
Join us for fun team fitness drills hosted by MBS certified coaches, yoga sessions, local vendors, a live DJ, and complementary health screenings.
Our goal is to bring value to our local community through the power of movement and exercise. The event will be held outside in a shaded area, and free refreshments will be offered. Bringing a yoga mat is optional.
Attendees can purchase healthy lunch options at Heist Brewery after the event. For their full menu, see below. The brewery will have a section for guests to relax and eat after the workout.
