Healing Liberation Learning Lab - Sundays

In our Learning Labs, we explore and demonstrate the subtle knowledge and skills of activating human liberation from the inside out. In these experiential mini-retreats, you can witness and learn complex, embodied awareness, knowledge, and skills. These are skills that emerging and experienced activists, leaders, and organizers need to meet the critical challenges of our time.

ABOUT YOUR HOST

Victor Lee Lewis, M.A. is a progressive life coach, trainer, speaker, healer, and social justice educator. Victor brings a unique socially progressive vision to the work of personal growth, personal empowerment, and emotional health. This is the fruit of his 35+ years commitment to personal healing and social justice, and nearly as many years of innovative practice in using liberatory educational approaches to bring healing and justice to others.

Victor is best known for his lead role in the award-winning 1994 race-relations documentary, The Color of Fear. This film is widely used as a teaching tool in universities, corporate DEI programs, and other educational settings all over the world.

Victor received his Master of Arts in Culture and Spirituality in 1987 from the Institute in Culture and Creation Spirituality (ICCS) at Holy Names College in Oakland, California, and two years of postgraduate study in adult education at the California Institute of Integral Studies. He is a Neuro-Linguistic Programing Master (NLP) Practitioner, an NLP Health Practitioner, an EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Expert Practitioner/Trainer, a certified NLP hypnotherapist, an Advanced Student at Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute, and a resilient and thriving trauma survivor.
