Healing Ceremony for All Women - Somos las Lobas (Outdoor Series)

I am very excited to host this amazing women's circle at the park. We will reunite once a month during the full moon or new moon to connect & support each other. This two hour ceremony will be a sacred space for community & healing. We will set up intentions, participate in a ceremony of cacao, practice hatha yoga & breath-work. The sound bath will be happening on & off intuitively during the whole ceremony. With guided meditation & sound therapy we will also explore the Akashic Records together; tools will be provided to open the records individually for additional healing and guidance. Towards the end of the ceremony will have a trust circle, where everybody will have the opportunity to share their experience & create deeper connections. We will end the experience with a collective earth offering.

What to bring? Yoga mat & water bottle will be necessary. Additional to this completely optional mug, extra props like blocks, blankets etc. Also crystals or any items of meaning for your practice.

Location: Harvard Gulch Park - We will meet close to the park canal. In between Iliff Ave & E Harvard Ave (the canal is close to E Harvard Ave). If you come from Iliff Ave, the exact spot will be found by walking past the recreation center, after that you will see the golf area, keep walking until you see the canal. I will be set up around that area. Feel free to email me with any questions, if you provide phone number I will be more than happy to send a pin with the exact location an hour before the event.

Weather: In the case of bad weather the event will be reschedule. If you cannot longer attend I will give you a full refund or honor that ticket for a future event. I am very flexible with this and also accept venmo or cash at the location. If you prefer the cash options please email me to add you to the list, that way I can keep track of attendance. This event have a limited capacity.
