Healing Ancestral Trauma Through Ancestral Wisdom
Event Information
About this Event
This is a deeply healing workshop created by and for members of the Black community. The purpose of this workshop is to help black women begin to heal from the wounds of inherited trauma. Science shows us that unresolved trauma can be transferred from one generation to the next.
In this workshop you will learn how to break cycles of trauma and create cycles of healing. As black women, it is important that we begin to heal and return to a space of wholeness.
We will use African healing modalities to help bring awareness to trauma that you may be carrying. It is time that we begin to heal the wounds in our lineage.
We are honored to hold space and to use ancestral wisdom to heal ancestral trauma.
"Every woman who heals herself helps heal all the women who came before her and all those who will come after her."
Please note this is a healing space for black women only.
