Heal your Heart - A Journey of Transformation
Sat, April 29, 2017, 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM BST
Most people store old wounds in their bodies because they don’t know how to heal themselves. They live with them for so long that they don’t even know those wounds are there anymore; yet those wounds unconsciously RUN THEIR LIVES.
We are all fundamentally and deeply interconnected with each other and with the planet itself.
So what we do individually is of vital importance.
It has been proven that the heart produces the largest electromagnetic field in the body - hence we attract situations based on the heart’s vibration. Scientists have also proven that the heart contains more than 40000 memory cells; which gives the heart the ability to independently sense, process information, store memories and make decisions.
So essentially, what we feel has a stronger vibration than what we think!
The problem is that we have all been hurt (at some point) in numerous ways. We have all experienced heart break, pain, betrayal, shame, blame, rejection and grief. When we can’t cope with the pain, we unconsciously create a ‘box’ deep inside of our hearts and put the pain into that ‘box’ so that we forget.
However, the body NEVER forgets!
Your outer world is a reflection of your inner world.
Here are some questions to reflect upon:
What kind of life have you been creating for yourself?
Are you happy, satisfied and fulfilled in the job you do?
Are you happy, satisfied and fulfilled in your relationships?
How is your health and fitness? Are you creating ‘dis-eases’ that align with your ‘victim stories’ and your pain?
“You will always create a mirror of something you haven’t resolved for yourself.” (Carl Jung)
Pain has deep roots and we need to find the courage within ourselves to dig deep and let them go.
This is a time of profound transformation on the planet and we all need to change our limiting stories and beliefs to heal our hearts and wombs and to step into our feminine power.
Historically, in almost every culture of the world, the heart was ascribed as a source of wisdom, spiritual insight, intuition and emotion.
Scientific research over the past several decades has begun to provide evidence that many of these long-surviving associations may well be more than simply metaphorical.
The question is:
Are you ready to face your pain?
Are you ready to let your ‘victim stories’ go?
Are you ready to forgive others?
Are you ready to forgive yourself?
If your answer is yes to any of these questions, then come and join me for a magical day where together, through guided meditations and powerful healing processes we will transform old stories and heal painful wounds and step into our power so that we can live in our full creative potential.
My name is Gabriella Magic and I am of Hungarian-Slovakian ancestry. The most defining period of my life was at the age of 16 when my first boyfriend was tragically murdered. I dealt with my pain in silence. I couldn’t talk. I didn’t want to talk. I didn’t want to remember. I didn’t want to experience any of the pain and the grief.
I never spoke about this incident for over 10 years. I also never went back to the cemetery where my boyfriend had been buried.
I moved countries countless times thinking that it would help me to ‘forget my past’. The fear of loosing people I loved was running my life and separated me from everyone.
I look back on those years now and I am grateful for everything that I experienced, because it led me on a deep and transformational journey that enabled me to reclaim my power and heal my pain.
I have trained in London, Budapest, South Africa and Sydney by numerous teachers, healers and shamans in energetic healing, intuitive-development work, ancestor healing, vibrational healing, sound healing and shamanic journeying.
My mission is to help women transform their wounds, step into their potential and become powerful agents of change in the world.
