Heal My Trauma Day Camp II will be held in the Fruitvale district of Oakland, providing education and awareness about the benefits of the ancient practice of yoga, meditation, sound therapy, and restorative healing circles (1:1 therapy will be provided to those seeking additional support).
African American and Latinx youth and families impacted by gun violence will share space on sacred Ohlone land; experiencing the benefits of indigenous healing modalities and connecting with the community while healing trauma. This is a powerful event, you don't want to miss.
