headspace day 2025: make space

Welcome to headspace day 2025: make space!

Join us downstairs at the Visy Cares Hub for a day dedicated to creating space for mental well-being. This headspace day we are 'making space' for activities such as tote bag painting, chilling out and socialising, games and food and music!

Let's come together to make space for ourselves and each other. There will be a tote bag painting workshop from 4-6pm, followed by a post painting feast! (please note: this workshop is limited to 20 young people, but there will be other spaces and activities to be involved in).
