They form part of an ancient healing tradition that dates back thousands of years. Often people experience a deeper connection with the sound after an oil annointing.

We use a range of different instruments in our meditation sound journey - Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs and a range of other percussion instruments. One of the gongs we use is a Universe gong which can take people into a transcendental meditation.
