Dear Members, Friends and Patrons of Health Choice Network,
We want to Thank You for your interest and support of our Annual Awards Luncheon and Health Care Quality Institute (HCQI).
As perhaps many of you, we too continue to monitor the track of Hurricane Matthew.
The latest advisory from the National Hurricane Center indicates that many parts of Florida will be affected by severe weather and a Hurricane Watch has been issued for Palm Beach County up to Daytona Beach, FL. In addition, Miami-Dade is now under a Tropical Storm Watch as of the 11AM EST Advisory.
In order to ensure everyone's safety and to allow travel modifications to occur, we have made the difficult decision to postpone both the HCQI and the Annual Awards Luncheon.
As soon as the threat has passed, we will send out the notices for new dates for both events.
Health Choice Network will be redirecting our resources to emergency preparedness efforts and the support needs of our member centers up and down the East Coast. It is our hope that the storm stays off the mainland and decreases in intensity over the next few days as to not cause any additional harm.
We are keeping our family and neighbors in the Caribbean close in thought and prayers.

This year’s two day special event will focus on “Addressing Patient Care Gaps”.

This complimentary full-day HCQI will include both a theoretical and practical application session.

HCQI will feature a special lunch speaker from our Population Health partner, Wellcentive.

Can I obtain a refund or transfer my registration?
Yes, please allow 48 hours for processing. Please note, you will receive a full refund if your request is submitted before September 5, 2016. Any requests received on or after September 5, 2016 will not be accepted. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person. If you have any questions, contact Monica Delgado at MBDelgado@hcnetwork.org. The name on the registration/ticket must match the attendee.
