The 2021 HCBA BEE SCHOOL is going Virtual!

As part of HCBA's continued commitment to our club mission, instead of cancelling we decided to bring the world of beekeeping to students virtually.

This will be a great opportunity to learn how to be a beekeeper AND learn about bees in general.

Once weather allows for the bees to be active in March or April we will be able to go on site to the club Apiary in Suffield, CT for hands on learning.

ALL THURSDAY NIGHTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE ONE FEE.

Class Dates:

• January 14, 2021
• January 28, 2021
• February 11, 2021
• February 25, 2021
• March 11, 2021
• March 25, 2021

Classes will be 6:30PM - 9PM on ZOOM

A separate ZOOM meeting link will be sent for every class night.

This beginning bee school program will cover everything an aspiring beekeeper would need to know to start beekeeping on a hobbyist level.  

Membership to the Hampden County Beekeepers Association is included for all attendees so they can attend more advanced classes later in the year.

Access to a mentors in the club to assist you through your first year of beekeeping is a bonus!
