Event Details

Have you ever wanted to know why your organization behaves the way it does?

Your personal and professional thinking preferences control more than you can imagine.

We can help you to be a Whole Brain® Thinker, exploring the flexibility of thought to assist you in understanding dynamic change.

The Rocky Peak Leadership Center, in partnership with the Ernie Schaeffer Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, is presenting a Start Thinking Workshop at Cal State University Northridge USU Conference Center.

We have 20 open spots for a 1-day HBDI® (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument®) Workshop on Tuesday, February 6th from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The cost is $525.00 per participant and includes:

(1) HBDI® Individual Profile Package
(1) Start Thinking Participant Workbook
(1) Facilitated Debrief Explanation of Your Individual Profile, which contains:

  • A data summary of your Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary thinking preferences.
  • A description of your Adjective Pairs which illustrates your thinking preferences under stress, or in an emergency.
  • Your thinking preference Key Descriptors and Work Elements.

Upon completion of the workshop, you will understand, Why do you think the way you do, and How to be an effective situational thinker.

You will also have an understanding of your thinking about others and the impact to your group, team, or organization.

The HBDI® is the assessment at the core of Herrmann International’s Whole Brain® Thinking approach. Developed in the 1970s by Ned Herrmann, then a manager at General Electric has more than thirty years of research to stand behind the validity of the HBDI® tool.

The 120-question HBDI® assessment, which is administered by an HBDI® Certified Practitioner, evaluates and describes the degree of preference individuals have for thinking in each of the four brain quadrants, as depicted by the Herrmann Whole Brain® Model.

The basis of Whole Brain® Thinking and all of the Herrmann International Learning Modules provides a catalyst for successful communication with those who Think The Same as You, and those who Think Differently than you. Once an individual understands his or her thinking style preferences, the door is open to improved teamwork, leadership, customer relationships, creativity, problem solving, and other aspects of personal and professional development.
