To take a look at the year that's gone by and prepare for the year ahead of you.
We will take the time together to PAUSE, EXPAND, FOCUS, & ACT using the methodology of Points of You for our year ahead in 2017.
These will be the questions that we will explore:
What worked well in 2016?
Who and what did I appreciate? What healthy choices did I make?
What do I want to leave behind from 2016? Which patterns can I identify?
Any unhealthy choices?
Anything toxic in my life?
What is important to me in 2017?
What do I believe I deserve?
Relationships, financially, etc?
What am I willing/want to do in order to create the year I want?
At the end of the evening, you will create your dream year image board for yourself to bring home to remind you of the wonderful year of 2017.
