Join Glick Dance for our afternoon Hatha Yoga Classes! Wake up your body & muscles by practicing traditional yoga moves that will get your heart pumping. This hatha yoga class is designed for beginners. We offer our classes online so that they are accessible for all bodies and persons with disabilities - cameras are not required to be on. This practice is meant to be for YOU - yoga has many mental & physical health benefits and we want to share them and help you grow! So take a deep breath and grab a yoga mat for the perfect way to start your day!
