Hatha Yoga with Dunia is an inclusive, mindful moving meditation accessible to all.
The foundation of this yogic experience is the eight fold path and will incorporate sequencing to activate your fire within. Opportunities for lengthening and stretching, bursts of power, flows, sprinkled with dharma talk. This yoga class will enhance your Awareness, Alignment and Acceptance. You are encouraged to be your authentic self and do with your practice what feels right.
