Hatch Innovation Conference 2019
Event Information
Description
Hatch is a conference that seeks to showcase and empower entrepreneurship and innovation at JHU. We do that by offering programming that benefits student entrepreneurs, students who want to work at startups or maybe students who are passionate about innovation but want to work with bigger companies. Our program is divided in two main parts: speaker/workshop and startup alley. The speaker and workshop part is focused on inspiring students with stories of successful entrepreneurs and innovators, as well as giving them the opportunity to learn. The startup alley combines two different types of startups: student startups from the Hatchery (TCO’s incubator) and established startups from the MD region. It has two main goals: showcasing the student startups from the Hatchery and offering students a chance to find a job or internship at a startup.
