I release, waive, and discharge the organizers, sponsors, partners, affiliates, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or expenses that may occur during or as a result of participation. This release applies to all personal injury, property damage, or loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I further grant full permission to the organizers to use my name, likeness, voice, image, and statements—captured through photos, videos, recordings, or other media—in any promotional, educational, or informational materials produced in any form or media. I understand that these materials may be used without compensation and waive any rights to inspect or approve their final use.
