to the Gallery 263 Harvest Banquet.

Menu by Chef Paul Lang of A Casa (acasanyc.com) and Gallery 263 co-founder, David Craft.

Enjoy a seasonal cocktail, followed by a three-course vegetarian meal accompanied by wine*. Chef Paul Lang and David Craft will introduce each plate and its foraged components.

Cocktails at 6pm, Dinner at 7pm


About the Event:

The Harvest Banquet is inspired by the Annual Foraged Banquet, which occurs in the Spring at Gallery 263. This year's Harvest Banquet will feature local Autumnal flavors and a true foraged delicacy--wild mushrooms collected by Gallery co-founder and foraging expert David Craft.

Foraged Banquets at Gallery 263 are completely home-cooked and served in true grassroots spirit; our Board, staff, interns, friends, and neighbors transform the gallery into a dining room for the night, and lend a hand to our Guest Chef. We work together to bring you fresh, delicious, and beautiful dishes, and we love sharing the stories and inspiration behind your meal with you.

About our Culinary Artists:

Guest Chef, Paul Lang

We are pleased to welcome back Paul Lang, our guest chef for the Harvest Banquet. As a founder of A Casa NYC, Lang acts as chef and sommelier creating personalized wine and dinner experiences. He is inspired by his travels in Italy, his work as a sommelier at Babbo, Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich's flagship restaurant, and his love of cooking as a personal chef for both nobles in Italy and his own friends at home. Mario Batali calls Paul's A Casa, "One of the best food and wine experiences you'll have...".

Gallery 263 co-Founder, David Craft

David Craft, a wild foods enthusiast and author of the book Urban Foraging, infuses our foraged banquet with hand-collected greens, nuts, roots, mushrooms, and fruits. David is also a teacher of foraging, and often instructs through Brookline Adult & Community Education.
