Putting the right people with the right skills in the right position is a challenge that has been frustrating businesses for years. To gain more insight into people and performance, almost two-thirds of businesses today use workforce analytics. To help businesses and their leaders find a winning formula for workforce analytics, SumTotal sponsored a research report from Harvard Business Review Analytics Services. This survey of 498 business leaders around the globe about business performance and workforce analytics found that use of analytics varies widely.

Unfortunately, very few organizations consider themselves adept at using workforce analytics to get results, drive strategy and guide decision-making. What are outstanding organizations doing differently from everyone else, and how are they using the data to guide talent development for today and tomorrow? Join SumTotal Vice President Steve Parker and special guest Dr. John Sullivan as they discuss the research findings and best practices for success with workforce analytics.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • How business leaders around the globe are using workforce analytics to gain insight into people and performance and drive better business results.
  • How workforce analytics best practices can be applied to your organization and used to guide decision-making and drive business strategy.
  • How HR technology can provide access to HR data in context, when and where it’s needed, in order to drive better decision making and actions.
