Harrp House will serve recently incarcerated women who are hoping to reunite with their children.  The program will emphasize clean and sober living, strict rules, 24-hour supervision, collective management of the house, counseling and mentoring.  With the church, twelve-step meetings and a counseling center all within a few steps of the residence, HARRP will become a place of peace and healing for women who have a desire to change.

HARRP (Highland Access Reentry and Recovery Program) is a subsidiary of the Highland Haven, is a non-profit 501c(3) organization.  All donations are tax deductible.
