Join me for a three-hour mini-retreat aimed to help us release negative thought patterns, explore creative ways to shift our mindset, and help us to harness our inner power. Each and every one of us has an inner power that helps us to overcome adversity and achieve greatness, yet at times, there may be things blocking this inner power from reaching its full potential.
In this mini-retreat, we will explore the ways that our thought patterns can impact the things that we manifest in our lives. We will engage in a series of exercises that will bring to light the ways that we either promote or inhibit our inner power. Then, we will explore a number of creative tools that can help us to change our mindsets. Every single person is unique and what works for one person, may not work for another person. We will explore the ways that yoga, meditation, mantras, music, and journaling can help us to rediscover our inner power.
