Looking for a joyful, natural way to relieve stress and feel good?Come experience the uplifting power of group singing in this fun, welcoming, and informative session—no musical experience needed!

Whether you're a seasoned shower singer or new to singing, you'll be guided through simple melodies and beautiful harmonies that are taught by ear, making this session accessible to all voices.

  • Discover how humming and singing can reduce stress and boost mood
  • Enjoy a gentle, relaxing, and empowering group singing experience
  • Take away practical techniques to use singing as a tool for everyday self-care

🎤 About Your Facilitator:Maya is a singer-songwriter and group singing facilitator with a passion for sharing the joy and benefits of communal singing. She co-led a workplace singing group that performed at council and NHS events, and has sung with bands across London and Brighton.

This event is part of The Green Nut Community Series, designed to support community wellbeing through creativity, connection, and wellbeing.

Maya Twardzicki – Health Psychologist:

· A qualified Forest Bathing+ Guide (Institute of Forest Bathing – Complimentary Medicine Association Accredited). With experience of delivering short workplace and 2-3 hour sessions to over 225 people

· A qualified and experienced On-site Seated Acupressure Massage Therapist. Having delivered lunchtime and after-work treatments to staff in NHS and private sector organisations

· A qualified and experienced Mental Health and Wellbeing Lead. Having delivered mental health awareness-raising sessions/ training to a range of staff in the public, private, and voluntary sectors.
