"Harmonizing the Body, Mind and Spirit through the Practice of Yoga and Ayurveda"
Looking for ways to improve your health? Or perhaps looking to deepen your knowledge of Yoga or Ayurveda and to incorporate these principles into your daily life? Whether you're new or have been practicing yoga for many years this course has something to offer you.
Participants have the unique opportunity to learn the ancient science of Yoga and Ayurveda directly from Yoga's birthplace of India without having to travel the long distance. Both Yoga and Ayurveda are closely-linked ancient sciences from India. Ayurveda is primarily a healing science, while Yoga is a spiritual science. The combination of the two leads to a gradual purification of body, mind and soul for the purpose of one’s physical, mental, and spiritual evolution.

This Course will be led by Swami Satyanand who is an international expert in both Yoga and Ayurveda and co-led by Krishna Panchal, who completed her Bachelor's Degree in Yoga from Lakulish Yoga University in India.
Through their vast personal knowledge of the philosophy and teachings of ancient India, they are able to explain the techniques in a positive way that is easy to understand. Come and be uplifted and inspired to make the positive changes in your life that you are seeking!
Please wear loose cotton clothing and bring a yoga mat. The course is from 9am to 4pm each day. Lunch is included with course.
***Participants will receive a certificate from Lakulish Institute of Yoga upon completion of the entire course.
About your Teachers:
Swami Satyanandji studied yoga and graduated from Lakulish Institute of Yoga in Gujarat, India, under the guidance of Swami Rajarshi Muni, a realized advanced Yogi and Master of Kundalini Yoga and Kechari Mudra. Swami Satyanandji is an International Expert who has taught Yoga, Ayurveda and Holistic Health Courses all over the world for more than 16 years including the USA, Canada, UK, Italy, Taiwan, Switzerland, Singapore, and India. Swami Satyanandji teaches yoga classes at Lakulish Yoga University in Indian as well as yoga retreats and at Lakulish Yoga & Health Retreat in North Carolina (USA) offering Yoga and Health Courses to help people.
Krishna Panchal was raised and lived in Orlando for more than 30 years. By trade she is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) but closed her private practice and moved to India in 2014 to pursue the study yoga under the guidance of her Guru, Swami Rajarshi Muni. She completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Karma, Gyan and Bhakti Yoga from Lakulish Yoga University and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Yoga Education. Krishna is a Certified through Lakulish Yoga University as a Yoga Teacher. She is also assisting Lakulish Yoga University in Teaching Yoga Courses as well as developing their International Program for foreign students.
Are there any requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Participants 13 years and older are welcome to join. Yoga asans (postures) will be taught during the course so participants should be able to be seated comfortably on the floor. To experience the best benefits of the course, participants should be able to engage in some form of physical activity.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Please bring your printed ticket to the event and sign the Waiver. Participants are also asked to bring a yoga mat and may wish to bring a small towel to use during their asan practice.
Participants are also asked to turn off or silence cell phones and any other electronic equipment during the event.
What do you recommend to wear?
Loose, comfortable cotton clothing are suggested.
Is it okay to eat before coming?
Yes, but please eat lightly. Yoga practice should be done on empty stomach. It's best to wait 2 1/2 to 3 hours after a heavy meal before practicing and approximately 45 minutes after light meals or drinking liquids such as milk, juice, etc. **Lunch will be included at the event.
What type of lunch is provided?
A vegetarian lunch will be served on both days.
If I can't come for both days, are one day tickets available?
Yes, one day tickets are available. It is recommended to be there on Saturday add the fundamentals of both Yoga and Ayurveda will be covered. If you're unable to come on Saturday then you can still join us on Sunday.
What if I signed up for the entire weekend course but cannot make it for both days?Can I still attend?
Yes, you can still attend. Unfortunately we won't have time to repeat the same information from the prior day but we will certainly try to help you in anyway we can.
Are there other options to register for the event? Can I pay by cash, check or money order?
Yes, you may submit registration forms in person or by mail to Ramesh (RT) Panchal in advance along with the course fee by check or money order. If wishing to mail registration then please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the mailing address. Please make checks payable to LIFE Foundation.
Do you offer discounts for students?
Yes, students can send an email to email@example.com to request a student discount rate. Please write Student Discount in the subject line. Please send a scanned copy of your valid student ID in the email. You will then receive a special code to use when you register online or you can mail the registration form and pay by check. Proof of valid Student ID will be required.
What if I would like to make a donation? Can I donate to LIFE Mission Humanitarian Projects?
Donations are greatly appreciated and help towards Humanitarian projects. LIFE Mission is a registered as Public Charitable Trust in India and is registered under LIFE Foundation in the USA. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, participants are required to bring their printed ticket with them to the Yoga Course. Please be sure to sign the Waiver on your printed ticket.
