Jennifer Liang is a consumer and product-focused marketer and strategist with over 10 years of experience in product and brand marketing in consumer electronic industry. Over the past couple of years, Jennifer has been a vital member of the Harman marketing team. She oversees product marketing campaign creation and category go-to-market strategy for the NA region.  Before joining Harman, Jennifer spent four years at BOSE working on leading APAC GTM strategy to drive overall category growth in the emerging markets.





Michelle Frank

Michelle Frank is a 10+ year veteran in the e-commerce space. She began her career working with iconic fashion brands in North America, including Bloomingdale’s, Louis Vuitton, and Nine West, in roles focused mostly on e-commerce marketing channels. In 2013, Michelle expanded her horizons globally and joined HARMAN, a division of Samsung as the Director of Global E-Commerce, managing their lifestyle consumer audio brands JBL, Harman Kardon, Infinity, AKG, and Harman Audio. At HARMAN, she is in charge of the Salesforce multi cloud platforms and global expansion for their B2C business. To date Michelle has helped Harman launch 65 ecommerce sites and 50+ content sites in 35 countries, supporting 20+ languages.

Director, Retail Store Experience


Jamie has been in Retail Management, Marketing and Sales for years. His experience spans product, sales and team training along with people, store merchandising and store design development. Jamie loves music, enjoys technology, and continues to look for the next new products and trends that further enrich customer experiences.  At Harman, he has partnered to build the brand’s first Store in New York City, and more recently brought the vision to the new Munich Store, which opened last Fall.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Closest train stop would be 5 Av/53 St (E/M), 51st St (6) or Lexington Av/53 St (E/M). There's parking nearby but please keep in mind this is in Midtown Manhattan. Parking may be hard to come by.
