DESCRIPTION: The Indiana State Department of Health is hosting a live webcast on harm reduction, a set of practical strategies and ideas aimed at reducing negative consequences associated with drug use. This webinar will feature a discussion on syringe service programs and naloxone as harm reduction tools. Finally, it will cover the intersections between harm reduction and substance use prevention.
TARGET AUDIENCE: Local health departments, healthcare professionals, academics, non-profits, community organizations / task forces, law enforcement agencies, and anyone else interested in learning about harm reduction.
