HARLEM HOLIDAY WINDOWS
A CELEBRATION OF HISTORY AND CULTURE, SET TO KICK OFF THE HOLIDAY SEASON.
Tour Festive Window Designs Depict Scenes From The Harlem Renaissance in Business Windows Along Frederick Douglass Boulevard between 122nd and the 114th streets, eight businesses will display windows designed and executed by fifteen students from Fashion Institute of Technology’s (FIT) Visual Presentation and Exhibition Design (VPED) BFA program. Enjoy the window displays while learning a bit of Harlem’s rich history.
Tours are provided by ArtCrawl Harlem, Inc. The tours will feature live storytellers and vignettes with actors and performers bringing the windows to life. The family friendly outing will also include children’s activities and free coloring books highlighting historical themes of the period for everyone who attends.
After the tour at Silvana's located at 300 W. 116th St
experience the fun of painting with a twist at BRUSH & SIP, a social event of creative proportions! Visual Artist Byron McCray guides you through simple painting techniques to complete your very own work of art.
Brush & Sip events are $25 per person.

• 16 x 20 stretched canvas
• All water-based paints, brushes, and apron
• Finished masterpiece to take home
• Cash bar (not included) non-alcholic beverage will be avaliable for youth.
