Hard conversations won't kill you -- they might even serve you! We'll focus on how to be a less anxious, more effective communicator.

About this event

Hard conversations won't kill you -- they might even serve you!

Having the right thing to say in the right circumstance is like possessing a bit of magic. The right words at the right time can bring people together, influence an outcome and inspire change.

  • Do you struggle with how to enter or exit a high-stakes conversation?
  • Are you anxious about how to advocate for yourself?
  • Do you struggle to say what you mean?

If you answered, yes to any of these questions, you're having a very human experience. At any given time, we’re avoiding a conversation for one reason or another. We move it from one day’s To Do list to the next because we have more anxiety than language to enter the conversation

This webinar will focus on how to become a more powerful and less anxious communicator. Participants will learn:

  • How cognitive behavior impacts our conversations
  • How to prepare for conversations and develop a communication plan
  • How to approach conversations with difficult people
  • Tactics to lower your anxiety
  • The Dos and Don'ts of high stakes conversations

*** NOTE YOU WILL RECEIVE A LINK TO ACCESS THE WEBINAR 24 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT***
