An Evening Of Practical Advice On How To Look After You

• Stopped focusing on yourself since baby arrived?
• Lacking inspiration to make exercise part of your life again?
• Need advice on your little ones sleep habits?
• Forgotten what normal feels like?
• Finding it hard to cook healthy meals with only one hand free?
• Struggling to work out with a small baby at home?
• Experiencing brain fog and flagging energy?

As a mum it's normal to put baby first and to make sure that all of their needs are met - after all they rely on us for everything so we need to be there for them. For a lot of mums this means not looking after themselves and can result in low energy, brain fog and even low mood.

Mums these-days are often doing it all by themselves, and whilst we may be able to cope with this for a while, there comes a point where we need to prioritise ourselves. In fact if we look after ourselves better we have more energy to look after others, and we set a good example for our children with our healthy habits.

We are all mums, with children ranging from newborn to age 11. We understand how hard it can be to prioritise your own health and fitness when you're potentially juggling work, children and other responsibilities. Our experience as parents, and through our work has shown us that there are lots of events available for women who are pregnant, aimed at helping them through this phase of their lives. However, there is a gap in terms of information and support for women in the post-natal phase, especially in regards to looking after their own wellbeing in order to be the best parent they can be. We believe that sleep, exercise and nutrition are the foundations to wellness.

Eating better, moving better and sleeping better means more energy, being calmer and rising to the days challenges with ease. So we've designed this evening with busy mums in mind. Whether it's your first child or an addition to your family, you'll find simple, practical and sustainable advice on diet, exercise and sleep from three experts in these fields. And all in a relaxed environment with like minded mums and a glass of bubbles.

Imagine how it would feel to:
• Wake up feeling refreshed and recharged
• Be vibrant and energetic enough to be fun mum as well as practical mum
• Be in control of what you’re eating without hours in the kitchen
• Be moving more without stressing about exercise
• Not have sugar cravings that play havoc with your mood and energy levels
• Lose baby weight naturally without punishing gym routines

What Do You Get?

The evening is focused on keeping things simple and giving you the tools to eat, sleep and move better:

• Short talks from three experts
• Handouts with key take home points
• Exciting goody bags with snacks and products
• A glass of bubbles and a cupcake on arrival
• The opportunity to ask all the questions you’ve been wanting answers to
• Time for chatting with other mums in the same position as you

Betsan will give practical tips on how to exercise safely post birth, how to get workouts done with little ones around, and will share a 20 minute, full body workout to try at home.

Fay will be sharing her top tips on helping parents to help their little ones to sleep better.

Joanne will talk about nutrition to support energy levels and sleep with advice on how to slowly build changes into your diet so that they become habits

What People Are Saying About Our Three Experts:

On Fay, from Chloe and Harry, parents to 18 month old: "Working with Fay was fantastic. After spending 18 months with a child who woke between 5-8 times every night and needed feeding or rocking back to sleep, we were exhausted, desperate but also a little sceptical that anyone could change this routine we had got ourselves in. Fay was upfront and honest from the start as to what we could expect, she guided us through the process with ease and was incredibly lovely and helpful throughout. After only a few days we had a child who was sleeping through the night. After a week we had a child who independently put herself to sleep for naps and bedtime with no fuss or distress. She was happier and we were happier and everyone is getting enough sleep".

On Betsan, from

On Joanne, from Jodie in Cardiff: “Joanne's advice over the past six months has been life-changing. I now have so much more energy, pain has reduced and overall everything has improved. I was "frightened" of food and got confused with all the data and opinions around food and health, but now I love preparing easy, delicious, nutritious food and it's all down to the help Joanne has given me”.
